欧博官方旗舰店设立“学院接待日”的通知

各位同学：

  为了更直接的听取同学们的意见建议，推动学院发展，为同学在培养上、发展上等方面提供支持，帮助解决学生在生活中遇到的困难，经学院研究决定，拟从2023年12月1日起，设立“学院接待日”（下称接待日），学院将安排院领导和相关负责老师接待同学们，具体安排如下：
  接待日时间：每月二次，具体安排会在学院网站上公布。12月份安排在12月4日和18日下午15:30--17:00，
  接待地点：学院办公楼203会议室
  接待人员：学院领导及相关负责老师

接待内容：不限
  
  欢迎广大同学积极对学院的发展提出意见和建议，为推动学院更好的发展加油。（另外学院将设立院长信箱，邮箱确定后我们将挂到学院网站上。）

Notification of the SICS Open Day

 Dear students:

  In order to accept the advices from all, support students’ growth and development, and solve the problems of studying and living, the college will set the Open Day since December 1^st. The leaders and teachers will receive the visiting students. The relevant arrangements are as follows:

  Time: Twice a month, and the date will be published on the website of the college. The next open days are December 4^th and December 18, and the time is 15:30-17:00

  Place: Office building 203

  Staff: Leaders and teachers of SICS

  Content: no limit

We warmly welcome the suggestions from all students for the better development of the college. (We will also set the the Dean’s Email which will be published later on the website.)
